Sololoy Doll

$10.00
On Sale

"Muñecas de Sololoy" were made between 1920 until 1979. These were porcelain dolls that were quite delicate. They became popular in Mexico and were then manufactured as paper mache dolls to avoid breaking them. Little girls played with these dolls and would quickly find out to not put them in water.

This pin is hard enamel with screenprint detail. The arms and legs move like the dolls and you can actually sit the pin/doll.
