FAQ//STORE POLICY 
Q:Do we ship internationally?
A:No, we are currently only shipping within the U.S. and Canada. Please email [email protected]@gmail  if you have any questions. 


Q:When will I receive my pins? 
A: Orders  ship out within 7 to 10 business days. (check for updates on our instagram*) with exception of pre-orders. Orders containing pre-orders with in-stock items will ship once pre-order items are in hand. If you wish for quicker shipping please make separate orders. International orders may take longer depending on location/customs. 


Q:Pre-orders: 
A:By pre-ordering a pin, you understand that it takes time. This wait can be between 6 to 10 weeks (this is only an estimation, not a guarantee! In rare occasion, it may be more time if there are pin errors. All of this is will be updated on our INSTAGRAM when we receive any updates). Due to process of proofs, finalizing details, sample pins, sample pictures, final approval etc. we may not have weekly updates. Once we receive pins, we quality check and ship out in a timely manner. (AGAIN THERE ARE NO REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS).

 
Q:I have not received my package, what can I do? 
A:Before contacting us, you can check to see if there is a delivery confirmation. We cannot make any exception if there is confirmed delivery. If you believe it is a mistake you can contact your Post Office and open a case. We also recommend checking with anyone in the same residence, neighbors etc. We are not responsible if the address on the order is incorrect, or if the Post Office make any mistakes, etc. 

-All items are shipped via USPS, we are not responsible for any damages during transit. 

A:We recommend you purchase insurance. This protects your items and is the only way your order can be replaced. It is listed as an item in the shop. All packages are  packaged in a bubble mailer. 


Q:What is your store return/exchange? 
A:We do not accept returns or exchanges*(no cancellations, etc. If there are issues with your order, please email us as soon as possible. There is a 14-day (2 WEEKS INCLUDING WEEKENDS, STND BUSNIESS DAYS-NO EXCEPTION) grace period. We will need to see an image of the package delivered, without this we cannot verify/be of further assistance. If a pin arrives with its pin-back bent, you can use pliers to straighten it (this can happen during transit). Again we are not responsible of how they are handled and delivered. Once we ship the items, it is out of our hands.) 


Q:Pin Grading Policy: 
A:All pins are inspected and graded as standard. Standard-may have minor imperfections but are still perfect for use. Example of grading: a pin is standard grade facing forward, not at an angle or under flashlight. (small specs, specs under glitter, glitter difference in color, bubbles, low fill in small area, etc. PLEASE REMEMBER ALL PINS ARE HANDMADE ITEMS, WHICH MEANS NO PIN IS THE SAME/ PERFECT.) Metal discoloration on back, post backing wiggling- needle point not base, are prone to happen in batches of pins. Please understand that if it functions it is not a defect. This is not limited to what is mentioned/ listed here-once graded, we ship out standards -unless item is bought as seconds. There are no refunds or exchanges**** We do no refund if you do not like the item, believed it was different color, or size. (In case of a special situation, Buyer pays for return shipping and we do not exchange or refund until the item is received. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS). Please email us if you have any questions. 


Q:I sent you a message on Instagram, when will you reply? 
A: For all ORDER Inquiries please feel free to Email us directly at [email protected], with your name and order number. Emails are answered Tuesday through Thursday, please allow 3 day period before re-emailing.
